How do you ensure that special file formats are not damaged?

We are trained in dealing with structured data and recognize embedded tags, variables, and syntax elements. If possible, we also use validation tools to verify the correct formatting of all received and delivered files.

How do you ensure that the terms are consistent throughout the software?

We utilize translation memories and compile customer-specific glossaries to ensure that terms such as menu items, commands, or software functions are consistently named in the same way.
